Dėl blogėjančios COVID-19 pandemijos situacijos Šidziadžuangas vėl buvo uždarytas nuo rugpjūčio 28 d. iki rugsėjo 5 d., o Čangšano (Hengės) tekstilės gamykla turėjo sustabdyti gamybą ir informuoti visus darbuotojus, kad liktų namuose ir kreiptųsi į savanorius, kad padėtų vietos bendruomenei kovoti su pandemija. Kai pandemija buvo suvaldyta, visi darbuotojai nedelsdami grįžo į darbą ir skubėjo vykdyti įsakymus.
