1.2.2 Technological process of wet spinning:

Long hemp spinning: combing long hemp → combing into hemp for humidification and curing → hemp blending → manual sliver → matching → long hemp blending → 1~4 times of drawing → long hemp roving → roving bleaching (sodium chlorite, hydrogen peroxide) → wet spinning → drying → yarn color separation → winding → warehousing;

Short hemp spinning: combed into short hemp → blended hemp → mixed hemp humidification → combed hemp → needle combed (3~4 passes) → combed → needle combed → short hemp roving → roving bleaching → wet spinning → drying → yarn color separation → winding → warehousing
